Profiel van de opdracht: Manage the majority of the HR supporting portfolio for the organisation\'s HQ in(Amsterdam) and dependance in (Haarlem) incl: (i) advisory/drafting/project management/contribution to negotiations regarding hiring/terminations/disciplinary actions/performance related issues / labor law litigation (under Dutch law); (ii) developing document templates, HR policies and guidance (with a pan-European outlook); Contribute to the design of best practices and processes in the HR supporting legal arena

Profiel van de manager: Required educational background: Dutch legal degree Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of employment law advisory (HR support) at a major Dutch law firm or a major multinational corporation seated (or with substantial presence) in the Netherlands Strong communication skills Strong English skills both verbally and in writing Strong team-player attitude Ability to work and manage matters independently Ability to work in a changing and flexible environment Ability to handle emergencies
