Profiel van de manager: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. -Relevant experience in technology procurement. -Proficiency in various contract types with a proven track record of procurement in hardware, software, and IT services -Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics -Fluency in English and/or Dutch, both spoken and written -Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in commercial negotiations
