Profiel van de opdracht: - Responsible for the manufacturing strategy within Pharmaceutical & Medical Device sector - Managing a team of 10+ FTEs - Collaborate with Finance, Supply chain, R&D, Legal and external services to make the best decisions in selecting new partners and upgrading current ones.

Profiel van de manager: - At least Bachelor in healthcare life sciences - 8+ experience in pharmaceutical company - 5+ years experience as a CDMO\'s Manager - Good negotiator, eager to find the best deal out of many pharmaceutical suppliers - A real collaborator within the company, entrepreneur mindset by working with different services with many different situations - Experienced with drugs processes - Results oriented: tactical behavior towards CDMOs, set up processes followed with KPIs or other methods

Opmerkingen: - Well-known organization - Client offers an interim assignment of 6+ months with possible extension - EMEA scope, many different requirements which makes the mission interesting
