Profiel van de opdracht: * Support the IT program manager in the day-to-day program leadership activities * Development, maintenance and communication of IT Project Dashboard(s) * Development, maintenance and communication of IT Project Schedule(s) * Organize and facilitate IT, or cross-functional, meetings for discussion, issue resolution, action items and agreements * (Pro)Actively engage with program stakeholders, project managers and IT- & business to align on actions, issues, risks, schedule and dependencies etc

Profiel van de manager: * Proven track record as an IT PMO in supporting and managing complex, cross-functional projects * Proven professional project management experience* Excellent skills in communication, reporting, collaboration and program documentation structuring & maintenance * Excellent knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques * Proven financial management experience * Extensive experience dealing with Sr management up to executive level * Fluent Dutch plus English
