Profiel van de opdracht: PMO: The PMO is setting up the project governance in line with group guidelines and is the key point of information about the project. His role is to report progresses, coordinate the team and define the timeline. INTEGRATION: In an advanced stage of the project, the PMO will drive the integration process between two legal entities. The integration will involve all aspects of the Companies: Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Organization itself.

Profiel van de manager: • The profile should have strong PMO skills (utilization of PM and presentation tools). Ability to prepare PowerPoint synthetic presentations or any overview needed in order to follow the project. • She/he should be used to work with collaborative tools (Teams, Teamwork…) and to organize calls and meetings for the project governance. • Project manager profile with good knowledge of Finance/Controlling matters, HR/Organization, Business oriented

Opmerkingen: • Have enough seniority to drive the integration process and take responsibility for it, • Experienced professional (at least 5-10 years of experience) in industrial services or other companies having operations in B2 B sectors
