Profiel van het bedrijf: These are things you will be doing on a regular day: - Delivering Pimcore (plus Magento and Drupal) based websites while adhering to best practices; - Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications with development team;

Profiel van de opdracht: - Take the lead in professionalization steps we need to take; - Coach our other Delivery Managers in the country; - Raise the quality of work by setting new processes, etc.; - Work with our software developers to achieve business goals; - Give directions to your customer team; - Participate in year reviews of developers; - Improve our projects by raising our quality to the next level; - Take part in discussions with clients about roadmaps and issues;

Profiel van de manager: - Be “budget owner” which means invoicing and reporting to clients as well; - Participate and contribute in our team meetings. About you: - Have several years of experience in digital projects; Problems, nuisances or “hiccups” will never pass your eye; - Constantly aware of everything which is going on in your and other teams; - Like to be actively involved in all processes, never loose sight of what’s in front of you; - Understanding and experience with the full cycle of agile development.

Opmerkingen: - Are able to effortlessly communicate and maintain relationships with clients; - Feel responsible for your tasks all the time and keep focussing on growth and developing; - Know how to coach and motivate your team with passion and efficiency; - Know how digital business processes work; - Are responsible and love to work in teams; - Are creative, independent and flexible; - Have your Scrum Master certificate or want to become one; - Are confident in both English and Dutch language.
