Profiel van de opdracht: - Formulate and contribute to the strategy and -long-term objectives within the functional area; - Manage defined projects from development to implementation and ensure that the agreed objectives are met; - Recognize and analyze problems and possibilities for improvement and present solutions and advice; - Stimulate cross-Opco co-operation and cross-learning; • Build relationships with institutes, associations and professional networks; • Liaise with stakeholders at different levels internally

Profiel van de manager: - (Technical) University or comparable degree; - Pro-active team player, experience in project management is an advantage; - Sound knowledge of business administration and economics; - Growth mindset, eagerness to learn and focus on personal development; • Analytical mind and critical eye for detail, without losing the bigger picture; - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders of all seniority levels; - Fluent in Dutch & English, written and oral.
