Profiel van het bedrijf: Company is active in the development, production and global distribution of high-tech (robotized) equipment. Within its niche it is world market leader. The company is growing rapidly and its suppliers need to be able to grow at the same pace.

Profiel van de opdracht: You support and lead suppliers to a new level of supplier performance, in terms of flexibility and on time delivery. This is a difficult task that requires political sensitivity, perseverance and a clear visoon on how to achieve the desired goal, based on a thorough assessment of the supllier\'s supply chain and organization. You come to work in a highly-matrixed organization of engineers (R&D), strategic purchasers, production management and supply chain management.

Profiel van de manager: * At least a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and/or operations * Black belt in 6Sigma/Lean * Sound experience managing operations, manufacturing engineering or supply chain in a manufacturing environment * Successful past in change management in a manufacturing environment * Willing to travel around mostly European suppliers appr. 75% of time * Strong communicator in both Dutch and English.
