Profiel van de opdracht: Manage a team of 35 engineers who focus on the mechatronic moving parts and controls, including control hardware and sensors for the new equipment in development. You allocate your resources to the current projects and are their coach and sparring partner. You are able to contribute to the direction of product development by developing and sharing your vision on technology. You have a good vision on the industrialization of the developed equipment.

Profiel van de manager: * HBO or University education in mechanical engineering or equivalent * Management experience * In depth knowledge and experience of drive systems, motion control, heat management * Creative in developing solutions, finding components and -suppliers, a true problem-solver * Ability to interact with suppliers to get the right solution * Background in a high tech or R&D and fast paced environment * Cooperative, team oriented and focussed on finding solutions.
